When I missed my first house payment, I was really worried. When I missed my second payment, I panicked. I didn't know where to turn. I found Raleigh Real Estate Group and decided to take their challenge, give them a call, and see what they could do.
By the time I finally made that phone call, my home already had a date to be foreclosed on if my payments weren't current by then. I began working with one of their expert debt negotiators, Jacob. He assured me he would be able to delay that foreclosure date and possibly even get it removed from foreclosure.
At first I was skeptical, but after six months of being unable to make payments, my house had still not been foreclosed on thanks to Jacob's work on my behalf with my lender.
I wanted to keep the house, but knew I needed to find a place that was more affordable and realistic. In today's difficult economic climate, I didn't believe anyone would purchase my house for enough to get me out from under my mortgage.
My personal contact at Raleigh Real Estate Group, Neal, told me that they would begin pursuing a short sale. From their description, they would continue to negotiate with my lender with the intent of settling the debt completely by selling the property, even if it couldn't be sold for the amount I owed.
Again, my cynical nature told me this was probably too goo to be true. However, I was proved wrong again when the short sale process was completed and I was able to move to a new home, without a foreclosure on my credit record.
Their help was invaluable. Their service was professional, quick, and very effective. After this experience, I would recommend anyone who is worried about loosing their home to contact Raleigh Real Estate Group and let them help you.

Raleigh Real Estate Group has give our family the one thing in life that we were almost certain we would never have again. I would like to write the letter to thank your group for the opportunity that you gave us towards the purchase/lease of a new home.
